We insulated the ceiling of our garage so the bedroom above would be more comfortable and it has made a dramatic difference! When the crew arrived they moved my trash cans from the end of the driveway so they could get their truck in the drive. Unfortunately, the cans were not moved back in time and it caused us to miss the normal trash day pickup. They acknowledged it was their fault and went above beyond to make it right- they picked EVERYTHING out of our full tote and took it to the dump so I had an empty tote for the next week.
