"They replaced our roof this summer and replaced our back patio door this fall. We had great experiences with both projects. Communication was excellent, right from the start. Our sales contact was (and still is) amazing, answered all my questions, and impressed me with his knowledge of the products and the company itself. The handoff to each project manager was smooth, we had folks come out in advance to measure and inspect the project area, on the day of each project manager visited the house and/or contacted us throughout the day to check on things and see if we had questions, and the workmen themselves were friendly and professional. We had a very minor warranty issue on the roof (a visible nail head) that I found after climbing up there myself, and they had their guy back the next day to fix it, which was excellent service and gave me a great deal of confidence about them honoring the warranty. Altogether seems like a solid company with great service and quality products. Shoutouts to Jordan, Crystal, David, Ray, and Jorge."

"These guys are the best! They seriously care about their customers and really strive to make sure they deliver a great product. They were on time, quick, and clean. My new roof looks fantastic, and we are really glad we went with this local company. Buying a roof is not a "fun" expense, but I really feel like we got our money's worth: a quality new roof in 1 day, and then new trim capping the next day. They even installed new bathroom exhaust vents and HVAC exhausts. Our house looks brand new. You might get a cheaper rate elsewhere, but these guys do not skimp on quality of product, 50-year warranty, or craftsmanship. They even come back to inspect and follow up to make sure we are completely happy with the services provided! Talk about great customer service! The whole experience was so easy. The salesman/inspector was not pushy, and provided a very reasonable quote for what we needed. They also replaced all our rotted wood in the roof/trim."

"I called and left a message for a call back on Sunday and Jessie called me back on that Monday. I found him to be pleasant and very easy to work with. I advised Jessie what the problem was with mine and my tenants roof and I ask him what he thought it would take to repair both sides. He had quoted me a price, but after his assistant had looked at what was needed, he was upfront and advised that it would be more and gave me a bottom line price which I thought was reasonable and fair. Jessie's assistant came and completed the project in one day and I was pleased with the finished product. Thanks Jessie, I will refer and use your services again in the future."

"When we first contacted Lynchburg Roofing, they had not changed to their new name yet. They are now CENVAR Roofing. I don't remember the date of the initial call, but we were put on a waiting list pending orders in front of us as well as pending weather. When we did receive a phone-call for the date of install, it turned out to be the week of Hurricane Florence. We scratched our heads since one of the reasons for the delay of several months was the inclement weather. Nevertheless, three pallets were dropped off at the top of our driveway. Not a big deal, however, we had made room in our garage for the materials to keep everything dry during hurricane week. Our first complaint was that many of the pallets were not wrapped to keep everything dry from the rain during that week. Most everything got really wet. Some things laid in mud while our two skylights got soaked. Nothing could be done about the roofing materials getting wet, but they did replace the two skylights since the cardboard boxes were drenched and had collapsed. As I said, it was the week of hurricane Florence and things got really, really wet. Our second complaint was installing the shingles while it rained. We didn't think they should be getting wet. We complained, but we were assured by the foreman it was OK. But that begs the question; why then were we put on the back-burner if this could have been done in the rain? Because we were concerned, we did call the manufacturer of the shingles, and we were told they should not be installed in the rain. So that's a head scratcher. Our next complaint was we have a small "covering" over our back deck area that is not part of the main roof. The employees used this area to walk the shingles over to the main roof. Between four employees walking weight, and the weight of the packaged shingles, this was nearly 500-800 lbs. We had to yell at them to get off the roof because it was bowing in the center area. As a result of the weight, we have had several leaks during and after the rain. To their credit, they have sent a gentleman out (a few times) to repair the leaks, but we were discouraged during his last visit because he told us we would have to repair the area in question, soon. We thought that was their way of saying they would not keep coming out. But keep in mind it was not leaking prior. Because of the wet conditions, the grass area where they used the access lift was soaked. This caused the machine to leave large caved in areas where the water now pools. They were great about fixing it, by sending out a landscaper, but it has never really been the same and we have two areas that are very noticeably damaged. We have not called back about the gutter issues because we feel like we have become a nuisance. Water is dripping from the fascia area when it rains. Our final complaint was we felt like our initial complaints fell on deaf ears. During the install things were not communicated very well. We had to ask them when they were going to return since it was raining and only a portion of the roof had been completed.. We really believe they should have waited another week to do the roof, and that would have kept us from a great amount of frustration. After all, it had already been months, so what harm would another week have been. We had called the Lynchburg office to complain (about many of our frustrations) but since this was the Roanoke division doing the install, nobody in a supervisory position (at Lynchburg) would talk to us or return the call, but instead asked us to contact the Roanoke Office. On a positive note we will say; the employees were hard working and professional. We dont think they should have been on a roof while it rains. Many of these things could have been prevented."

"ARHT Home Solutions made the roof replacement simple by detailing the various steps we needed to get the roof that we wanted. Since we had damage getting our insurance involved was a different approach to the project. We needed several upgrades like a ridge cap and skylight replacement. Suzanne our consultant was very helpful and simplified everything. ARHT scheduled the work around my wife’s meetings which was great since she works at home. The installation went smoothly as the shingles portion was done in one day. The end result was a very good looking roof with all the extras that we needed. They did a great job cleaning up after completion so I couldn’t tell we had a new roof installed. The roof looks great and no mess. I would recommend ARHT if you are looking to have your roof replaced."

"Selecting a roofing company is hard it is a cut throat Buissnes. There are meny firms promising the world. These guys fell short of a one day delivery but showed up in a timely manner to work on a Saturday to get it done. One word of advice. A re-shingle is a messy job. Expect there to be some waist in the yard. No mater who you hire or what they promise. It is impossible to get it all."

"Job was to widen driveway and replace area with chipping cement. Assessment was thorough and priced comparatively. Crewed was punctual, efficient and courteous. Job was completed on schedule. I highly recommend Skyline services and would used their services again (next assignment already lined up). I’m very pleased."

"I gave Tj my vision of a new open concept porch and new metal vertical siding and he and his team brought it to reality. It was far nicer than I even expected. The whole crew are very polite, professional, reasonable and very detail oriented. This is 2nd major project they did for us. Last year they did garage expansion and metal roof and siding. I love my house now all because of Tj. Will be using them again infact just asked for an estimate on new bathroom floor."

"Whole roof including decking was stripped and replaced in 8 hours or so with a light rain the whole day."
