"I highly recommend Deck Buddy. Our screened porch (inside and out), deck and stairs were badly in need of cleaning and resealing. We had 4 different companies out here to quote the job. Deck Buddy was by *far* the most professional of the bunch, extremely competent and moreover pleasant to work with. They came exactly on time and were able to answer all my questions and were extremely knowledgeable about the work and the products/services they would use/perform. Their bid was neither the highest nor the lowest. Their service tech spent 3 days here cleaning, repairing, and refinishing our porch and deck. It looks like new. I am so pleased. We have attempted to do this work ourselves in the past, and paid to have it done by a different company once before, but never achieved the results Deck Buddy did. I should add, that when we paid to have this work done before, it did not seem like the other company applied very much product to the wood. This time, with Deck Buddy, you can see the wood is thoroughly sealed. Also, in comparison to our earlier experience, Deck Buddy took care to cover all my plants and also the house siding to protect from overspray. (Not protecting my plants was a problem with a different powerwashing company we hired once - my hostas were shredded - you have to watch out for this). Deck Buddy was extremely careful with everything and left no mess or debris behind, the porch and deck look great, the garden is unscathed. It was a job well done. Thank you!!!!"

"Excellent work! At least 1/3 of my roof on the north side had a great deal of moss on it. On much of the rest of the roof there were small amounts of moss along the bottom edge of shingles, and there were patches in scattered places on the main part of the shingles. After Hector and his son cleaned the roof, it looked brand new. They removed plants and furniture from our deck before the job and replaced them after the job. They even did a light washing of the vinyl siding of the house, which was outside the agreed-upon scope of work, but they did not charge me for it. As a former member of a site safety office in a then-Fortune 50 company, I was particularly impressed with the excellent precautions they took to insure their safety on the roof during the job. Hector’s 27+ years of experience was evident in every aspect of the job. I plan to bring him back in a year for annual maintenance. "Vince called me back within hours of my sending him a message through Angie's List.  Even though he does not list Montgomery County as one of his service areas, he was completely willing to help us out.  In my message, I had requested the work to be done onsite but Vince explained why having him pick up the generator and take it back to his shop to work on it would make more sense.  His charge for pick-up and delivery back to us was only $34.95.
When Vince came to pick up the generator, he was on time and was able to give me a ballpark cost for the work (which turned out to be very accurate).  He said that he could get it back to us in 3-4 days but I asked if he could do it faster as there was a snow storm predicted for the next day or so.  Vince agreed to a shorter time line and ultimately got the generator back to us within 1 day!  There ended up being no snow storm but we got our generator back in working condition - along with a booklet of care instructions, a copy of our invoice, and a service history form.  A few days later we received a hand-written Thank You card in appreciation of our business.  I can't imagine how the service could have been any better.  We will use Vince for any future small engine repairs/maintenance we have and highly recommend him and his services.
