There were many customer touchpoints during the brief project: sales, insurance coordinator, material delivery, installation, project management and back office support. The project took two days for the roof, and a few hours on day three for the gutter helmets. Back office coordination and follow up was excellent and the project was on schedule and ran smoothly. Ryan from Peak Roofing immediately put in a temporary fix on the roof and in the attic above the dining room, coordinated the roof repair, drywall and painting repair, and was present when the insurance adjuster inspected the damage. As repairs were underway and the almost inevitable hidden damages showed up, Ryan coordinated directly with the insurance company to cover the additional costs.
