I have Fisher & Paykel dishwasher drawers and the top drawer quit working months ago and I wanted someone to repair NOT replace it. "Cozy Tech came to my house on Tuesday April 14, 2026 to repair my refrigerator/freezer. The issue was my refrigerator/freezer was staying cool. The had melted in the ice reservoir and the water was running out of the freezer. Some of my food had unthawed. The tech cleaned the ice that had formed at the bottom of the freezer. He tested the ice machine with a meter and ensure me that everything was working properly. I p[aid the tech for his services and he left. Wednesday when I came home from work, I had the same issue my refrigerator/ freezer isn't working properly. I called the tech and he stated he would be at my house today between noon and 3:00pm. He said he would call me when he was on his way. It's now 5:16pm and I haven't heard from him. I called him at 3:43pm and texted him at 5:00 pm and he hasn't contacted me. I'm really upset and I reported this company Cozy Tech to Angi."
