"Mike Suerman came and reviewed the job came well prepared with thier gutter guards answered all of my mother's questions as well as follow up one from me. Once the decision to move ahead with all new gutters, guards and downspouts he came the following morning and had it done that day. My mother is very pleased with the job and customer service which is no small feat. Mike even went back out before the job to determine if there appeared to be any underlying damage and was very forthright as well as the cost very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company and Mike to anyone looking for new gutters or guards. Mike even made a last minute request to move 2 of the downspouts work with no problem. "Ben originally came out to do the roof inspection and general maintenance.  He and his brothers were extremely knowledgeable and took the time to show me the roof (yes I went up on the roof with them) while explaining the various types of roof installs and where issues can arise.  After the inspection Ben made a couple of recommendation for things to do:  1) apply a reflective coating, and 2) replace the back gutter since it was the older style and was starting to come away from the roof.  We agreed on a date and they were able to come back in a very quick turnaround and perform the needed work.  The job was done very quickly and professionally and afterwards Ben took pictures to show me the completed gutter installation and reflective coating application.  He again took the time to answer any of my questions and provide great detail as to how to prolong the life of my roof.  I was extremely happy with the work that was performed, the knowledge that they have, and the level of professionalism that was displayed.  I would highly recommend them for any roof work and I will use them in the future whenever the need arises.

"Even though we put off the work repeatedly, they kept in touch and were willing to come out again to give us a revised estimate. They were fair, honest, and detailed. Even after it turns out that I can't count, they revised the estimate and gave us the best deal on a full set of windows. They played no games and didn't press for decisions. The estimator even came out on a snow day in a rental car after his car lost a battle with a concrete block in the middle of the road.
The installers were perfectionists and worked quickly and efficiently. The windows are beautiful and a true upgrade to the house. If I had more windows (or another house), I would not even consider other vendors.
