I called him in response to a leak coming from the ceiling in my living room -  he responded very quickly. Advised I turn off the water -was not sure which was the main water handle. I took a pic and sent it to him and he advised which one it was. Told me he wasn't sure if he could get by today. But then called me a bit later to advise he would be by that day. He was there for a bit trying to figure exactly where the leak was coming from. Cut a square area to access the pipe then replaced the section where the leak was.

"Technically the service went very good. Although they were being resistant about getting a permit which is required through my county, they did do it but later sent me a bill through the mail. This also included the price of a drip pan which I thought went hand in hand with the water heater. I was not aware I would have to pay these additional fees."

"They are extremely excellent. They rate plan is worth the monthly fee. And no additional charge other then plumbing and electrical. If they can not replace or repair it. They will come up with no charge. One time visit fee of 50 to repair sink or etc. Highly recommend them."
