The guy that comes out is a really nice guy and he's helpful, and they always answer the phone when we call. It was around $1200 for the termites and then it's $60 a month for the other pest service spray. They have a fair price. They do a really good job. Absolutely we haven't had any problems with them and they have been coming out for 8 months now."

He moves my furniture and sets it up on the foam blocks to dry, so I never have any stains on my carpet from the wood furniture that may have stains that moisture would mess up the carpet or anything. He does a great job. I have been using him for 8 years. I really like this guy. I called him before one time when my pet made a dreadful mess. His schedule was full that day, but he came after he had all the other work and helped me with that mess; otherwise, it would have ruined that carpet, if it would have sat there for days or anything. I cleaned it up, but some things are just dreadful and it got to be attended as quickly as possible. He also uses the materials that are of the high quality."
