"Phil Clendenin was professional in his work.  He came to my house and we discussed what we wanted in our kitchen remodel.  He made measurements and provided information and suggestions on what we can change and some limitations. His expertise in remodeling was helpful with our specific questions about relocating our stove and placement of a new faucet that would need a new drain installed. Later he provided a diagram showing the new layout.  I requested a change to one of the cabinet sizes and he made the modification and emailed the updated version to me.  The diagram was in a pdf document that I can take to get estimates on the remodel. <br /> A few months earlier, he also came out to my house and gave me an estimate on repairing a sill beam that is damaged. We later had an evaluation by an engineer/inspector and decided on an alternate method of repairing the damage.  Even though we did not move ahead with that repair, I appreciated Phil's willingness to come and provide the estimate on this small repair. <br />"

"Did a great roofing job, replacing an 18 year old leaking roof, at a very competitive price. We have a very large roof (140 squares or 14,000 square feet). The main part of the job was completed in two days. The follow up was great with 1.) additional nail pick up, 2.) reinstalling the gutter screens in the manner that should have been done 18 years ago and 3.) replacing the shingles where the satellite internet provider had to move the dish after the new roof was installed.
