"Nice installation, though the rules and rights should have been handed to me BEFORE the job began. Though Empire did not actually have the floor they advertised, the one they installed is nice. The price was all right but...they left me with three full boxes of engineered floor for which I paid. The materials estimate was too high. Even considering waste, there shouldn't have been two-thirds of a room remaining. Guess I'll make some luxury bird houses for Christmas."

Kitchen, great room, long hallway, 2 bedrooms (& closets), 2 full baths & laundry room... all done continuously (no breaks/thresholds) It looks FANTASTIC!! Very high quality product (love the backing material) We had a very difficult stone wall & the guys literally hand carved the plank in that area to fit perfectly! Some minor scheduling hiccups but Chad went the extra mile to ensure the job got done right in a timely manner... staying very late one night to accommodate our schedule. Best Part... WAY cheaper than the “big box” guys. Final Price was EXACTLY as quoted!!"

Sheri Lane was wonderful to place a claim for us, however the Friday scheduled service was just not responsive enough for us and we had the work done for $399.00.
