We did have an issue with new flooring but TRUSTED him to fix like he said he would. Insurance paid. We had also hired him to do $5000.00 additional repairs. That's when the other Lance showed up!! Didn't show up to work when he said he would, wouldn't reply to texts or phone calls, rude, belligerent, very unprofessional. He's been paid, still needs to fix new flooring that he said he would fix, still have other issues with a couple of things that he said he would come by and talk to us about. A month later, still waiting...This all started February 2024. At this point I'm afraid to have him back in my home."
