"Nick and his crew are awesome! I can't recommend these guys enough. The guys worked very hard and are very professional. Nick met with us multiple times to lay out exactly what we wanted. We have had a lot of work down on our house, so we are familiar with how companies get things done. Nick was by far the best at setting and meeting our expectations. It seems to me that getting the work done is easy, but what is not easy is communication between customers, sales, and the crew. That is where Modern Landscape shines. ALL questions/emails were answered promptly, and communication to his guys was obviously very good, nothing was missed. We asked for quite a bit of extra work to be done that was not on the original bid, and that was never a problem. If any problems came up, Nick dealt with them quickly. There is good reason why these guys are the best. Thanks guys! We could not be happier with our new back yard!!!"

"I contacted multiple contractors when I was looking to remodel my house. Payton responded to my inquiries in a timely fashion, was willing to work with my work schedule, and communicate via email and text. He was able to offer ideas and options when I wasn't sure which way I wanted to go with a project, and has made this remodel go smoother than I expected. I would recommend Pine Top Finish Co. and will be contacting Payton again when I'm ready for the next big project."

"Chris Homeyer, owner, has done a number of projects for me. Complete framing of new construction. Window replacements, add on. Complete Kitchen remodel. Bottom line is he is the first person I call when I have a client or a personal project for him to do. I swear there is nothing he can’t do and do professionally. He even drove to Sacramento CA and did a major project for my daughter!!! I could not recommend him higher."

"James was great to work with. Very conscientious and straightforward. Work was done in just a couple of days. Will definitely hire them again."

"I had R.U.S.S Custom Builds come out and do a framing job for me. First off, the customer service and overall interaction with me as a client was on point. We got together, figured everything out and got straight to work. Russ is a hard working man who will get the job done right and and do it to the best of his abilities. He treats his customers fairly and with respect. Highly recommend him to anyone looking to get an amazing, high quality job done!"

"Some hiccups occurred that were to be expected in such an old house but Cameron tackled them cheerfully & expertly. He is a hard worker, soft spoken & dedicated to doing a good job. During a remodel you become bonded to the person in your house every day until the project is completed & Cameron is the perfect guy for that…cheerful, easy going & totally unflappable….no matter what the house throws at you."
