Excellent in every regard. John (of JSC Handyman Services) visited us earlier to view the jobs we had. He came at exactly the scheduled time, gave a good description of his repair approach and the required time to accomplish each. He was very polite and professional in his approach. I was very impressed with him and felt his quote was quite reasonable. Therefore I scheduled his service.

John came at exactly the scheduled time to do our repairs. He first applied sealer to the water damaged section of wall. While that was setting up and drying, he replaced and repainted the exterior siding. He next installed the two shower grab bars. After the sealer in the damaged section of wall had dried, he sanded it to ensure a perfectly flat surface. He then carefully applied wall paper, replaced damaged molding and caulked everything. Perhaps you can tell by this description, John chose the order of repairs to most effetely make use of his time.

All the above repairs were done perfectly and I do mean perfectly. Both my wife and I are quite picky about the workmanship of items within our home. We could not have been more pleased with the quality of John's work and the professional, skillful way he approached and completed each task. He is a hard worker and made most effective use of his time.

John is the only person I would consider for any of our future "handyman" tasks. He does a perfect, on time, cost effective job. I couldn't imagine anyone else doing a better or even equal job.

"208 replaced our 30 year old water heater. Our water heater is located in our basement so it is not easy to get to. Chris brought the new water heater in and hauled the old one out of our basement. He showed up right when he said he would and worked quickly and at a very fair price. With the old water heater we could barely take one hot shower.
