David was the only one who committed to meeting our aggressive schedule. He was honest with me that this would be his new company’s first job. David acted as the general contractor, hiring engineers, electrician, crane operators, etc. His operation was flawless despite several unforeseen challenges, which he spent extra time and energy resolving himself. He even took extra work not included in original agreement staying late to finish them after his team had gone home. Even after the job was finished and paid for, he provided a detailed report with recommendations for other concerns he noticed on our rooftop.
