We trusted his judgment regarding the need tolevel the slab by grinding (we didn't) and are happy we did so. The carpet guy was also wonderful: skilled, easy to work with, attentive. The one problem we had was that the vendor sent our carpet to New York by mistake which delayed the install by a week or so. The owner, Kerry, is the reason we went with this company. "Spoke with Ryan the owner. He was very courteous returned my phone call quickly. He gave me an excellent price estimate. Cleaner was professional and prompt. Equipment was self-contained in their truck mounted cleaner. Only needed access to a water spigot. Carpet repair was small and they used what he called a cookie cutter. If I didn't know where the repair was, you would not be able to spit where they did the work. Overall - I was very impressed with their excellent work. And I would recommended them whole-heartedly."
