I had attempted to install a new Smart Light Swtich (wifi) but got something crossed and blew the wire (not the circuit breaker). 1/2 the outlets worked, 1/2 didn't. I called them and they gave me an arrival window of 2-5pm. Kenneth called me right at 2pm on the dot to say he was on his way and would be there within 15 mins, which he was. I showed him the issue and he went right to work, completing it in about 1-1/2 hrs.
