"Since I was very pleased with what Shawn Dane and his crew did on creating an RV pad for me, I also used them to patch some huge bare spots in the front yard with sod. Their professionalism, timing and work was, again excellent. They pulled up the old weeds/grass, put topsoil down and then put the sod down. Excellent work. Right after, we had a really bad freeze which affected the sod. I called Shawn and, not problem, they stick by their work. They replaced the frozen sod at no additional cost. Their follow-through and customer service was some of the best I've ever seen. I highly recommend this company and specifically Shawn and his crew.

       I have several Trion 250 electronic air purifier consoles, which are now obsolete and for which few parts are available.  When the motor on one unit suddenly ceased working -- these units are made to run continuously, 24/7 -- I consulted Angie's List and put in a call to Quality Handyman Services.  Owner Steve Lee answered the phone and gave me hope that repair was at least a possibility.  He made time to come himself and assess the situation, at my early convenience.

       Steve arrived on time and first confirmed the problem.  He then disassembled the unit, examining each component with care.  He soon enough discovered that a plastic-like bushing in proximity to the motor had disintegrated, probably due to age and, continuing his investigation, pulled the motor where he discovered fragments of the bushing had lodged amongst the ball bearings.  Yipes!  Knowing the replacement parts difficulty, he then carefully removed the offending fragments, lubricated thoroughly, and neatly reassembled the console.  My electronic air cleaner immediately began working perfectly!

       I am thoroughly pleased, and the cost savings are especially appreciated.
