"STEVE OJEDA of SANCTUARY POOLS is a FRAUD, THIEF, LIAR, and an UNSCRUPULOUS INCOMPETENT businessman. We had a contract. He demanded $7000.00 CASH Put a dumpster in the driveway and removed coping. Then he said he needed another $6000.00 for rebuilding waterfall. He said ?his boss?, he is the boss, lie number 1 When he asked for another $3500 and nothing had been done, we said no. He said ?his partners?, he has no partners, lie number 2. He promised the stone to be delivered, but ?the truck broke down?, lie number 3 He said he was ordering stone from a reputable supplier, we called they have never heard of him, lie number 4 He said the stone was from a private supplier and already cut, lie number 5 I suspect, in my opinion, he was gathering scraps from other jobs to use, as his two workers, who came unprepared to demo the existing coping took several large pieces of lime stone with them, not in the dumpster. He added $500 to drive from SA DO NOT HIRE STEVE OJEDA AND SANCTUARY POOLS!!!"

"Hired Blue Pacific pools to compete a re-plaster and move and replace pool equipment. Issue with the main conduit line going through attic to pool equipment on other side of house. Was told by Steve that the job would be completed in two to three weeks giving me the opportunity to start construction on my workshop / pool house construction. Job started in August 6, 2025 and was not fully completed until I had to hire attorney. Completed October 14, 2025. Excuses after excuses why they couldn't work on project that should have taken at the most 4 weeks. They were given a dead line of October 12, 2025 to finish pool, at which time they rushed the pool job, creating a unfinished, unlevel plaster defects in surface of pool, the utility box was not installed on opposite side of house per county code, having trouble with lights, and the pump had problems also. "
