After a-lot of trouble shooting it was determined that it was a rare issue with our gas pool heater and was able to offer us options to repair. After everything was said and done, Mr. Santana has been able to find resolution to the problem, has been extremely fair and professional. We will continue to keep Urban Oasis (Texas) in our phone book for future maintenance and questions."
