"He did very well on the Carport Support Replacement, everything went good on that project, he explained everything very well, the price was good, and the actual work was good. For this job I give him an "A" Rating, Although on the Exterior Door Replacement on September 2019, The work was not get done, it was very poorly handled, he didn't show up, I actually had to follow up 3-4 time to get him and do the work, we've set up an appointment but he never showed up one time, and the other times he kept on changing the appointments, he kept on putting and putting it off on another date. On this occasion I am giving him an "F" ratings because he wasn't able to get the job done as agreed."
