"I couldn't be happier with the quality of service that I received. Loya's was responsive, helpful, and accommodating when setting up my appointment. They kept in constant contact with setting up my service, and arrived right when they said they would. Better yet, they did an AMAZING job! My house was a disaster one before they arrived. After they left, my husband made the comment that our house hasn't been this clean in the entire time we've lived there. They weren't able to get to the whole house during that time, but covered more than I expected and did an outstanding job with what they got to. "The young guy who did the work was prompt and professional, but not well trained. He power washed my patio BEFORE blowing the leaves and sticks off my roof, so all the debris landed on my just cleaned patio, and he didn't follow up to clean it off.
He forgot to do the garage door and was all packed up when he asked me to inspect, so I just let it ride.
