"Both Frank Sarabia & Art Garibay were professional, informative, and helpful from the initial inspection and quote through the installation. During the inspection, they identified that the deck was in poor condition and below code and would need to be replaced. None of the other companies I obtained quotes identified the decking issue. "They removed the two layers of roofing that was already up. Added the roof vent tiles across the entire top of the roof (not sure what they are called but they allow the attic to vent without turbines.) cleaned up, painted under all the eves. Beautiful job! We were on a timeline because we were selling the house and they came through with flying colors!  The price was reasonable. Not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. They gave us a good guarantee on the roof.  What I liked is that they employ their workers and carry workmans comp etc.  They do not use day laborers. Their men are experienced and reliable. <br />"
