"Ronal works with his little brother, wife, and another bud. All are very nice and respectful of your home. We had a custom shower install 10 yrs ago, but after excessive use by the whole family (4 of us every day...) and a still-settling house, it developed a leak in the lower shower corner. We only needed the lower 18" of tile wall to be replaced (it's still available), a new shower pan and floor, structure inspected and repaired if needed, and we added a new bathroom floor and toilet to the job. No plumbing, electrical, or cabinetry were needed as it was all still kinda fancy and in great shape. Ronal was the only response out of about 10 from Angi's list that would agree to do this partial bathroom repair/remodel. ALL THE OTHERS offering estimates demanded to do a full gut and replacement. His attention to detail is excellent, and the grout colors and gaps match perfectly. We are having him back for our downstairs bathroom and are recommending him to any others needed tile-based home improvement. 10 out of 5 stars!"

"LFC did a excellent job remodeling my master bathroom. Tony was very patient during our initial consultation and took detailed notes as I described my vision to him. We turned an outdated bathroom into a beautiful spa-like masterpiece. I surrendered a spacious linen closet in the space to get double sinks. We updated the plumbing, floors and cabinetry; added much needed lighting to brighten up the space and found ways to implement space saving features/fixtures for a more efficient use of square footage - the pocket door was a hit. I initially wanted a barn door- I'm so glad Tony convinced me to go with the pocket door. Tony Heard and his team (Omar, Jose, Douglas and Uncle Merc) are true professionals. I especially appreciated the respect and care they took in planning for the project (pre-construction walkthrough, prepping the worksite, daily clean-up, printed schedules, constant communication- and yes he answers email and phone calls) Not only did we (my husband) enjoy having them in our home, our fur-baby terrier enjoyed the daily belly rubs. "United Kitchen and Bath remodeled our master bath in 2018 and the work done was exceptional. We hired them this year to remodel our kitchen. We could not be happier with the outcome! It is beautiful. Alex worked with us in choosing the cabinets, countertop and backsplash. They compliment each other beautifully! All the workers were excellent and skilled at their job. They also replaced the carpet in our sunroom with flooring as well as replacing a wet bar. United Kitchen and Bath will be the first place we go for our future remodeling needs!"

"The owner did the kitchen and it was great work.  Absolutely solid and professional work and there were no complaints in that room.  He and his helper were very nice men and very attentive to request to complete the work ASAP.
My complaint is with the final product in the bathroom.  The helper did this room.  The three walls and ceiling that he hung, floated and painted were less than "new looking" when he was done.  The floating of the drywall in the corners was awful.  When the owner called back to ask if we had additional work, I told him "Yes, but my husband won't let you come out because of the work done in the bathroom."  He said he would fix it when they came for more work... he should have said he'd come out immediately to make it right.
His price was great.  Honestly, if he would have come back to repair the bathroom before getting more work... I would have gladly given him additional jobs to do in our house.  He is a very fair and hardworking contractor... he should have just checked in on his helper's work a bit more."
