"This was my first experience with a home inspection so I did not know what to expect. Mr. Baker showed up on time and got right to it. According to my realtor, he is a bit unorthodox in that he uses his camera to take a lot of photos and doesn't write anything down. He is very detailed and was helpful when asked questions. Our inspecton was around 2 pm and we had the report by 5:30 that evening. I was surprised that he indeed covered all information and remembered everything without writing it down. My only complaint would be that a couple of the photos were a bit blurry. I would definately use Mr. Bakers services again. Great value too."
