"I call Mr. Michael on Friday morning January 4, 2013 and left a message on his voicemail and he responded in a timely manner, I explained to him that my Moen kitchen faucet was leaking and wanted to know if I could get it repaired and he stated that this type of faucet needed to replaced instead of repaired, in which he was right (because I had been trying to repair it for about a week). He told me to purchase the faucet and that he could do the work on the following Saturday, January 5, which is their off day. He came on that saturday morning in a professional, pleasant and polite manner did the work in a timely manner and also show me how to install/replace if needed to do so for myself in the future(in which I appreciated this information).
