Tamir communicated all of our needs to his subcontractors and our insurance company, and all of the crew working in our home were responsible and had very positive attitudes. "Paul, the owner of the company, was great to work with. He was very flexible and accommodating as far as the schedule for asbestos removal. He finished the job in one day instead of two days. His crew was not very nice but Paul asked that I speak with him and not with them. They seemed to be angry that they only had one day to complete the asbestos removal. However, they did a good job. One caveat regarding all the asbestos removal companies contracts: they all state that whatever damage they do they are not responsible for and anything they take down or take apart during the removal will not be put back or put together."

"Chuck at One Source Group was very responsive.  He was able to send someone to take samples of the ceiling on the day after I first called him.  The person checked the condition of the ceilings throughout the house and looked to see that they all appeared to have had the acoustic coating blown on at the same time.  He took 3 samples from 3 different places for submission to the testing lab.  Chuck told me that they usually get results within 48 hours, and he did have the results for me by then.  He called and told me that asbestos had been confirmed, then sent me the testing report for my records. <br /> The only reason I rated One Source as a B rather than an A in professionalism is that the representative who came to take the samples reeked of stale cigarette smoke.  He was a nice guy, but I was glad it was a warm day so I could leave the doors and windows open to minimize the smoke smell that he carried in. <br /> I was very satisfied with the quality and promptness of the service. <br />"
