"On time arrival, that's huge. They did a look-see in the morning and the underground storm drain pipe repair job I needed done was simple enough that they were able to fit me into their schedule that same day. They did an amazing job on the pipe repair and even filled in the hole when they were done. I had already done the digging and had tried to do the repair myself. Big mistake. Call AXIOM and get it done right the first time! I was so impressed that I gave their business card to our HOA president to give to any of our neighbors that are having similar issues with their storm drain pipes. The houses in our neighborhood have areas of obvious quick, cheap, shoddy and out-of-code (I looked it up!) workmanship and materials and the City of Tigard is ridiculously inept if not downright corrupt regarding construction inspections, observed during a recent inspection after the replacement of my forced air gas furnace (original was cheap and NOT installed to code), but that's another story. Some are starting to have similar issues with their storm drain pipes and it's only a matter of time for others."

"Summit plumbing was fabulous from start to finish on my project. I hired them for a tub to shower conversion in my condo. Bob (one of owners), and Tyler did such a great job and were extremely easy to work with. They cleaned up the job site at the end of each day. When done, I had a minor problem with water leaking from the pivot shower door. The day I called, Bob was at my house within the hour and came again the next day when the issue wasn't initially resolved I'm happy to say he fixed the leak and I'm very happy with my new shower. Everyone I worked with or spoke to on the phone was always very helpful and responsive. Fantastic customer service. I would highly, highly recommend Summit Plumbing and would hire them again. "I called Henco’s after I had another company come out and give me and estimate and to look at our water heater. The first company immediately gave me the doom and gloom “this water heater’s going to blow up at anytime, you need to replace it today”! (They just so happened to have a new one in their truck) I said I’d get back to them and then promptly called the second plumber on my list. The owner was very kind and gave me his opinion without trying to get business. I asked if he could come out and give an estimate on repair/replacement, he had someone here within a couple hours. Owen was very nice and honest, he said our water heater was NOT going to blow up, but it was leaking (we already knew, that’s why we called). He didn’t push any sales on us but we asked for a quote on replacement. His quote was MUCH less than the previous guy and Owen explained the differences in the water heaters available. We placed our order, a few days later they came and installed it. The two guys who came were very nice and professional, did an awesome job and answered all my questions. I HIGHLY recommend this company."

"I hired Adam to perform several plumbing tasks at my house. He was good at communicating and was friendly and professional. He set a couple toilets, fixed an angle stop, repaired a leaking outdoor faucet and repaired a leaking shower faucet. Although everything got fixed, the shower faucet isn't fixed professionally. The faucet sits about a 1/2 from the wall with a huge gap full of caulk. I brought this to his attention and he said I needed a new spout and that he could fix it the next day. I provided a spout and he installed it but, it's exactly the same as the work he did the day before. So, I wasted money on a spout and had to pay him to install it and I'm left with an unprofessional job that will leak badly unless I maintain that huge gap of caulk. He said he could fix it the right way but it would cost a lot more. I'm not sure why I wasn't given a price to fix it the right way in the first place. Now I need to how an actual plumber to come fix it after I've already paid him to do that. I think he's a nice person but, he's a general contractor not a plumber and I'm out several hundred dollars as a result."
