IDEAL was the last one to bid but in short time talking, I decided on them. After stripping 2 layers, they had to replace a number of plywood sheets as the old ones were disintegrating. Ideal did a Superb Job working around rainy days. They installed all new flashing, new vents and metal around all roof edges. Even the skylight needed to be replaced. Looking back over the past two years, my wife and I were looking back at the remodeling of our kitchen, installation of french doors in a our family room with access to a center courtyard with new flowing steps. Installation of beautiful Brazilian Quartz counter tops with no seams, glass back splash, new electrical switches, new designer cook top hood, dishwasher and microwave. Repair to weather damaged doors and full replacement of gutters and an amazing "Cool Coat" exterior paint finish. We recently replaced the double ovens and the commercial refrigerator.
