"Their roof repair services go beyond any industry standards. Having to deal with many contractors, we as property management company have found peace of mind when it comes to such services. Ari and Elijah is exceptional and efficient. They have helped several times to fix many of roof leaks in the building we manage. We always thank their hard work."

"Wes was amazing to work with. His products are top quality at a reasonable price. No wonder there are many home owners these days are working with him. He made it even better for us when he called me to let me know he can install the patio cover 2+ weeks ahead of our initial schedule. These made our weekend and the weeks that followed...Overall I would highly recommend working with Wes if anyone is thinking about putting a cover in their patio."

"<p> </p> <p>We hired Highline Construction for two jobs.  The first was to do some soffit and fascia repairs on our rental.  This was a time and materials job.  The head carpenter, Ben, kept us informed on every aspect of the repair job.  When rot was discovered, and we decided to go with a new roof, the owner Trevor quickly found a roofing company to do the job.  Everything was done in a timely manner, and the workers were hard working, fast and efficient.</p> <p> </p> <p>The second job was the construction of a new carport.  This was a fixed price job.  The owner Trevor was very responsive to any questions we had.  He answered emails and phone calls promptly.  The two carpenters were very hard working, polite, friendly and respectful.  Honestly, it was really nice to have such nice guys doing the work.  We never felt that I had to keep and eye on them  The lead carpenter, Ben, was very knowledgeable, and put a lot of thought into all the aspects of the work.  He frequently asked for our input, and gave thoughtful, considered answers to any questions we had.</p> <p> </p> <p>The owner, Trevor, is very a straight forward, honest and responsible person.  We had excellent communication with him throughout the whole repair and construction process.</p> <p> </p> <p>I highly recommend this company, and will hire them again for any future work.</p> <p> <br /> <br /></p> <br />"

FAQs for sunroom or patio enclosure building service projects in La Conner, WA

A sunroom is a fully enclosed space with walls of windows or glass. It allows you to enjoy the outdoors from the comfort of the indoors, protected from bugs and weather. It functions as an additional room in your home. A covered patio extends your home's roof over an outdoor area, providing shade and shelter while remaining open to the fresh air. It's a great way to enjoy outdoor living while being protected from sun and rain.

Adding screens to your porch is the most budget-friendly way to enclose it. Screening keeps out insects and debris while letting you enjoy the breeze and outdoor ambiance. It's less expensive than installing full walls or glass enclosures and doesn't usually require permits, making it an efficient way to upgrade your porch.

If you're transforming your porch into a fully enclosed living space like a sunroom, you'll likely need a sturdy foundation, such as a reinforced concrete slab, to support the structure. For a simple screened-in porch, you might be able to use the existing floor and support posts without additional foundation work. It's best to consult a professional to determine what's needed for your project.

An enclosed porch can be considered a living space if it's fully enclosed with solid walls and windows, has a proper roof, and includes heating and cooling systems. It should also have direct access from inside your home. When these criteria are met, the space becomes an extension of your home's livable area.
