"I recently had KH Appliance Repair fix my washing machine, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service. From the start, they were incredibly responsive, scheduling an appointment quickly at a time that worked best for me. The technician arrived right on time, which is a huge plus in my book. Their pricing was very fair and competitive compared to other quotes I received, with no hidden fees or unnecessary upselling. The technician diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly and expertly, clearly knowing exactly what they were doing. They were also friendly, professional, and took the time to explain the problem and answer all my questions. After the repair was complete, they cleaned up the area around the washing machine, leaving it spotless. Overall, KH Appliance Repair exceeded my expectations in every way. If you're looking for prompt, professional, and fairly priced service, I highly recommend them. They’ve earned my trust and will be my go-to for any future appliance repairs!"

"Prime Appliance Repair did an excellent job fixing my fridge! The technician was professional, quick, and very knowledgeable. My refrigerator works perfectly now, highly recommend their service!"

"My Old Range oven controller failed after 26 years. And with no replacement parts available, I was facing a very difficult and expensive replacement prospect for the 40" custom range countertop. I reached out to Neli and quickly got an appointment. We chatted over the phone while Tom was looking at the range. it was so easy and it put my mind at ease, we could fix the beast and be back to baking. Tom sent a follow up email with a link to a tech company that would fix the electronic controller board. He included the specific parts number which turns out was the right one, not the one specified in the manufacturer's online documentation! I shipped the broken parts out. The repaired controller came back just in a few days. The part was installed and range operational before my wife was ready for her morning tea. I hugged the old stove. Working and Neli was an incredible experience, so easy and it saved so much money. I highly recommend Neli, what a great service!"

"I recently had a warranty repair on my Samsung refrigerator done by AML Service. Maria, the office dispatcher, was fantastic. There was an issue with the serial number on Samsung's end, but Maria went above and beyond to get everything authorized. Communication throughout the process was excellent - they kept me updated on the status and timing of the service call. Honestly, AML's service was so impressive that I wouldn't hesitate to use them for any future appliance repairs, even if it wasn't covered under warranty. They clearly prioritize customer satisfaction and go the extra mile to get things fixed."

"Mike was prompt, professional and detail oriented. He repaired our Viking oven and was completely transparent with the quote and work required. DNE will always be our first call for appliance repair!"

"There was just miscommunication in the beginning. I called to confirm my appointment as the technician was now late. They didnâ t have me down for that day or any record of my call. I then had to wait for parts to be ordered after diagnosing the broken freezer. I didnâ t know if he was going to order it. He said to call the office and tell them to order it which seemed weird. Then I couldnâ t pull out the refrigerator to unplug it myself in order to let it sit for 24 hours defrosting once the parts were in.. I was told on the phone that I had a circuit to the fridge that I could turn off. He had never seen my outdated box. Finally had it repaired which was quick at that point. Knowledgeable technician though."
