"They initially installed my fence 7 years ago. Weather...particularly a few bad storms...damaged quite a few of the fence boards and warped the gate over time. I called the company on Tuesday, they made the appointment for Friday. The gentleman arrived punctually and did a quick inspection of the problem areas. He told me how much it would cost and said all the repairs would be done that afternoon and let me know who I could expect to arrive to do them. A few hours later, two employees arrived and did a great job. They were friendly, polite and professional. I asked them if they would mind going on the other side of my fence (into the neighbor's yard) to fix a few additional boards that were damaged, which they did with no objection (with my neighbor's approval). The first quote wanted to sell us much more equipment than we needed, the 2nd quote just didn't seem right (it was by a salesman who was not accompanied by the technical person) and the 3rd quote was from Real Home Theaters. <br /> Nathan and Scott first asked me what I wanted to accomplish and they gave me a quote on the spot outlining what I had requested. We set a date for installation and I put down a small deposit on the contract. Scott and Nathan returned at the set appointment time and worked steadily from 11:00 am to approx. 6:00 pm with a small break for lunch for three days. They accomplished all outlined in the contract and if any problems were encountered, they discussed with me and we arrived at a mutually good decision. <br /> They were professional, courteous and easy to work with -- they honored the contract and did slight modifications if we found that I wanted more than we had discussed (just charged the additional part cost). <br /> I would highly recommend them on the quality of this job.
