"They two men who came out were very pleasant but scheduling was an issue.  I had to take time off and the time was rescheduled (by them) 3 times which if I wasn't working would have been fine but was difficult for me to take off.  Some of the repairs were good but the repair to the ceiling did not match what was there (even though they told me they would make it match) and looks like a patch job.  I would possibly use them again if I needed work done but would likely try someone else first.

He sealed some problem areas and three boot pipes and took photos of the things he worked on, also noting other areas/issues that he figured I needed to be aware of. The recommendation (and estimate) for a new roof was appreciated and when I can afford it I will probably choose the company to do the work, but I don't anticipate that being anytime soon, unfortunately!
