VERY IMPORTANT: CHARACTER! These people are honest and reliable. The State Farm adjuster trusts them completely. The hardware stores all know them and speak highly of them. Their conversations among themselves are clean and uplifting, even when they don't know you are eavesdropping. (Many of them were obviously either part-time clergy or lay church leaders.) I felt comfortable having them in my home without my presence, which meant I didn't have to take weeks off of work.</p> <br />"
