"The carpenter (Justin Bain) was world class in all respects. <br /> The individual doing the sidewalk was slow and, in fact never finished. Boss had to bring in a second guy to finish work. The sidewalk was never finished as promised but after a year of haggling we dropped it. We do not recommend sidewalk work from Eagle Cap but surely the first guy has not been kept on. <br /> There were bad elements in our dealing with EC. The roffers never showed to discuss/repair our roof, but the owner was as frustrated as we were. <br /> We would use the carpenter again in a second and we would contract with the company again. <br />"

He was articulate, communicative, and patient. He fully explained every aspect of the roofing process and carefully answered all of our questions. Bob was extremely concerned about rain, so he carefully did the roof removal in sections to avoid water problems. <br /> <br /> Bob is a rare professional.
