Me and my siblings were searching to find a contractor to repair my mother’s house since December 2020. We even asked our insurance company for recommendations but those contractors gave us the runaround. "High winds damaged two sections of our 6' wooden fence and snapped the post in-between. Rich came out the next day and got the two sections up and braced. We'll have them back out in the spring when they can replace and cement the post and strengthen any other sections as preventive maintenance for the future. Forgot to ask about the senior discount, but maybe they can take care of me in the spring with the quote on the full repair..."

"Project started on time. Shingles were delivered in a truck that was too large to get under trees over drive so they needed to placed on ground and manually carried up on ladders. Supplier stated that Infinity should have informed them of the site and they would have delivered with an appropriate sized truck. If I would not have been home to stop them from driving up drive, I don't know how much damage to trees and lawn would have occurred. My biggest criticism was the lack of supervision on site. Before we signed on, I was told that there would be full time supervision. The project manager showed up a few times during the day but did not stick around to supervise the workers. Each time I went outside I asked who was in charge, never got the same name. Individuals came and left, no consistent supervisor that reviewed the work approach and quality. On our roof, siding needed to be cut to install new flashing. They had no process to cut the siding. Not even a line was not struck, a jig was not used and the result was butchered siding, that they would have just filled with excessive calk. The project manger did not do or say anything about the quality, they would have collected their money and left if I did not object forcefully and withheld payment. The crews did not protect the gutters and damaged three sections severely when carrying up the shingles. Cleanup was generally good, some minor damage to shrubs but within reason. The good news was that they did respond with corrective repairs. Their siding crew replaced the heavily butchered siding and their gutter crew replaced the damaged gutters , so in the end we were satisfied and paid the bill in full. The process was more stressful than it should have been. If I did it again I would require a commitment in writing on a full time supervisor, the same one from start to finish."

The guys really work as a team, and it shows in how efficient they are and how they conduct themselves professionally. They do what they say, they come when expected, and they meticulously clean up your property every night when they finish work. This was not a simple remove the pins and change the door job. They had to remove the entire rotted wood frame holding the door, cut the steel door to get a custom fit, and break some improperly poured concrete that was preventing the door from being leveled. All of this was done in 4 hours with just 2 people, David and Jorge.
