He greeted me and my elderly mother with a personality that was incredibly personable, cheerful, and good-natured. He asked the age of my furnace, which I could not answer. We signed the contract on September 11, 2015 and the system was fully operational on November 20, 2015.  My house is all electric,( heat pump, well pump, the works ).  Over the winter our highest bill was $ 220.00. Over the summer most bills were about $9.00.
