"Overall, I was pleased with the result. The scheduling of the initial estimate and the start of the work were not smooth. The estimator missed the original appointment. Later, once I sent my deposit for the work in, I there was no communication for quite some time from anyone. I had to call and ask when they would be coming to do the work. I also had to persuade them to install the Thermal Dry tile, which they initially did not want to do, as they had no experience with it. They did not order enough of the tile, which delayed the job. However, the installers, once they got started, in particular Daniel, were very professional and punctual. My house was recently on a neighborhood Home Tour and half a dozen people wanted to know about the Thermal Dry tiles for possible installation in their own basements. I wouldn't be surprised if that product starts being in high demand."

He also speaks Spanish and was able to communicate with my elderly mother and even gave her a bottle of water from his bag, very sweet. The work was perfect and I have since used him for several other jobs around the house including painting my bathroom, installing ceiling fans in my bedrooms and he changed my garbage disposal."

"Lawrence of Sugar Bear Plumbing has done several jobs for us.  The most recent was a bathroom remodel.  It's a tight spot but we're very happy with the end results.  He was receptive to our needs and last minute changes.  He is primarily a plumber and works with others to do the tile work, painting, etc.  We were especially happy with the plumbing job, the framing, and the tile work.  The paint job was contracted out.  Price was an issue and we got what we paid for on the paint job.  I can't actually remember when we had the job done.  However we're still happy with it.  He also replumbed our house.  No issues there.  If we needed a plumber or to do plubming work, I would call him again. "
