Really high end work. PROS: Workmanship. Attention to detail. Our pool was built in 2016 and we have had ZERO issues. Overall design was amazing. It made a huge difference to the front and back of our property. Green landscaping (our water bill dropped about $50/month despite adding more plants). Did I mention the workmanship? Second to none and still more cost effective than 90% of the bids we got. We cant wait to save up to buy another home to get to do the landscaping again. CONS: None! Ive recommended them to a few of our neighbors. From the looks of the signs in the neighborhood, it looks like they took our advice, too."

"Max Minahans just finished installing new bathroom doors in my condo. I am so pleased with the great job he did from start to finish. 1) He contacted me a week before the job was to be done to suggest that he could come the day before to see what the job entailed 2) He showed up on time (7:00 AM) with all the tools necessary to complete the job. 3) He put plastic sheeting over the carpet to keep it clean. 4) He didn't complain about having to make several trips down 3 floors to his truck to plane and miter the doors. 5) He spent longer on the job than planned and didn't make an issue of it, or increase his bid. 6) He offered to install the hardware that I had intended on doing myself (and did a better job than I would have). 7) He was polite and respectful of being in my home. "I hired Brett with BATCO to build two separate decks for my Airbnb properties. He arrived on time, and even though he bid me a certain number, the second deck took less time than expected and I ended up paying less than I was quoted. Brett did an outstanding job and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the outcome given the decks are exposed to heavy weather conditions like rain and snow. You can tell Brett is a professional and knows what he’s doing. It’s always comforting knowing you have a contractor who’s legit, licensed+insured. Couldn’t recommend BATCO more."

"Jake and his helpers designed and built a stairway running down a retaining wall and giving access to the canyon below our house. He presented several designs and choices of materials, from which we chose what we wanted. The work took about a week, spread over a two-week period interrupted by a heat wave. Jake also redid parts of the wrought iron fencing along the retaining wall and installed a gate to the stairway. The stairway is so beautiful we almost want to build an entire house around it. Jake is very knowledgeable and is both a gentleman and a scholar. The entire experience was a pleasure! And the price was just a tad less that several other quotes we had, plus a tad more than some others--Jake just seemed like the right guy to do this project, and we're glad we chose him."
