"Wood Floors by Beto refinished our hardwood floors in most of the rooms of our house. Beto was very friendly and answered all of our questions before they started the job. After they removed carpeting covering the wood floors, we discovered that the under-floor in one of the rooms had sunk. Beto brought in a carpenter and his team and they fixed the under-floor beautifully. There were a few other surprises as they got down to the original hardwood floors, but they came up with solutions to all of them. His people did a great job on the floors. These people are real artisans, and their experience and expertise is evident in their work. They are great at the details. The work crew was very professional and hard-working. They stayed until everything was done right. The floors date back almost a hundred years, and have clearly been through some rough stuff, but they brought them back to life. They look beautiful now!
