"We bought a ring pro doorbell that required us to upgrade the transformer. We had an old transformer that ran at 10V. I thought we needed a 16V (this was the answer to our problem according to Ring and my research) so we finally caved and looked for multiple quotes online. Raul from Citywide Electric was in my second round of quotes. He contacted me within minutes of my request. By far he gave me the best price, was the only one to actually call me, was professional and answered all my questions. His workers showed up on time, were kind, curteous and respectful of our home.
