"Outstanding!  Robert showed up on time (I received a 1/2-hour window of between 8:00 and 8:30am and he was right there at 8:15).  Nice to have such a narrow window and not have to wait all day or even a half a day.  Second, he was extremely professional and courteous.  We had cleared our coutertops so he could perform the work and the work was completed in less than an hour.  The countertops were ready to go and only indicated we would want to make sure we soak up any water spillage within a 24 hour period in order to allow the sealer to do its job.
Countertops looked fantastic upon finishing and this is something we will most certainly do on an annual basis if not bi-annual basis, depending on conditions.

"We waited to review our project 1 year after completion to be sure that all was well. We are very pleased with the final result. Our only mishap was having miscommunications with B&B when we requested follow up 4 months after project completion – our issues were resolved with a factory representative. No hard feelings. How It Went- Workers were professional and competent. Building on an existing slab is extremely challenging – because the slab slopes away and down from the house – 2 angles that need to be countered when leveling windows and doors etc. When corrective rework was needed (to compensate for a 2 inch site deviation) the team didn’t hesitate and B&B came up with an excellent solution. We retained the exterior stucco exterior of our house for the room and they finished the wall beautifully – it required a lot of fine and patient work. We asked for an 18 inch deep exterior pad – which accommodates a doormat and our foot print. It was done this way – although there was initial push back on this request. We also involved our own electrician, who is familiar with this old house – and we came up with an elegant solution to connect to our home. After project closure, we delayed evaluation until things settled out. Over the next few months, some of the sliding windows became increasingly difficult to open and close – and during an extremely fierce and long rainstorm we experienced a leak coming from one corner of the enclosure. We immediately spoke with B&B. With miscommunications with B&B, we resolved our issues with a factory representative in a single short visit: they added weep holes to the exterior, caulked, replaced a window roller and adjusted windows and the screen doors. We are very pleased with the final result. And so are our kitties."

"I bought the Big Deal which was just for a single top coat to reseal the deck surface.  However, my deck was in a little bit worse shape than the deal allowed.  However, Ryan was awesome and added in sanding and then did the reseal for no additional charge.  The surface is not perfect but that is due to the rough pre-condition it was in and not his fault.  Shortly after the reseal the deck drains started leaking in to the garage below.  Ryan and crew came out again to fix the drain at no additional cost.  Again, this was not in the deal I bought but they provide such great customer service.  I would definitely use them again and will recommend them to friends and neighbors!

"These guys did an amazing job with my yard. When I moved in it was all dirt, so basically a blank canvas. When I met with Arshee the first time he took one look at the yard and quickly presented me with some great design options, one of which we ended up going with. These guys know their stuff! For me they did my poured concrete, artificial turf, plants, sprinkler system, drainage and a built in gas fire pit. I couldn't be more happy with the way it turned out. The cost was very competitive with other companies. Highly recommended!"

This was a large job. It required us to move out of our bedrooms for a few days. They did their best to make this less painful. They split the work in half and worked with us to make sure there was the least amount of inconvenience. We showed the owner a couple of items and he covered that work in the original price.

We were very impressed with the work and the attention we got. He communicated with me by email and through his crew. The crew even worked late a couple days to get things done in a timely manner. They not only finished on-time but ahead of schedule.

I wish I had used this company for other work I had performed a month ago. They are in tremendous demand because they are worth it.
