"After a bit of a slow start due to some crew changes, they completed a custom designed deck that is sturdy and beautiful. We are very pleased with the quality of the finished deck."

"Our entire experience with Fence & Deck Connection was amazing from start to finish. They were incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and prompt. Our estimator (Eddie) was so thorough in explaining our options and asking us lots of questions to ensure he understood all aspects of our project and what we were looking for. This experience contrasted sharply with the estimates from other contractors we received for the same project, where the estimator seemed like they were in a hurry and didn't give us any information about their company, material and construction options, etc. Eddie went through all of this information in great detail, so the estimate we received was exactly customized to our preferences, down to the style of pickets in the front yard. This really set the tone for the whole experience and was the reason we ultimately chose Fence & Deck Connection for this project. The estimate was very reasonable, especially considering the emphasis they obviously placed on craftsmanship, which was something no other company discussed - we knew they would do a quality job and take pride in their work. We decided to pull the permit ourselves to save a bit of money, and the process ended up being really difficult with the county due to some restrictions about our lot. The team at Fence & Deck Connection was so communicative, helpful, and patient during this time while we worked everything out. They gave us advice on how to proceed and provided us with new drawings of the project to satisfy the county's changes. They helped us sort out the changes in the estimate and financing. Even with Covid in full swing, we were able to start the project pretty quickly. Our production manager (Bill) was super communicative as he checked the placement of flags and scheduled our start date. The installers kept us in the loop throughout the whole installation process. They verified information, asked us questions, and answered ours - basically making sure everything was the way we wanted it. They even helped us replace our mailbox. After the project was completed, several members of the Fence & Deck Connection team reached out to make sure we were satisfied and didn't have any other concerns. A week or two later, we noticed one of the gate posts had shifted and needed to be adjusted, and they sent someone out quickly to fix it, no questions asked. This project was easily the most painless interaction I've ever had with a contractor, and I could not recommend Fence & Deck Connection more!"

"I am Very Pleased with my renovated deck, this is one of the best companies in the DMV. The workmanship was excellent, the professionalism was awesome, time management was on point and communication was seamless. I highly recommend KP Contracting LLC"

"We love Deane, Tony, and their crew almost as much as we love our new home renovation! What a positive experience we had working with Berith Builders. From the first time we met Deane to discuss our project, we found him personable, professional, respectful, positive, fair, engaged, and collaborative. And we ended the 6 month project feeling the same way about him, Tony and everyone that worked on our job - which is a rare occurrence in the building/construction industry. Communication was timely, pricing/cost estimating was transparent, the project site was well maintained, the crew was respectful of our neighbors and neighborhood, the workmanship and attention to details was first class, and unanticipated issues were discussed and resolved creatively and fairly. Our renovation included an addition with a wood burning fireplace, completely renovating two bathrooms, upgrading lighting in the existing house, upgrading the internal staircase and balcony railings, refinishing the hard wood flooring, replacing a few external doors, adding a new front porch, and upgrading our screened porch and deck. We also wanted to acknowledge that Tony is quite a woodworker/craftsman. He went above and beyond on several aspects of the project to give it his special touch. He custom designed and built a gorgeous oak loft ladder and all of the stair pickets, posts, and handrails for us - they are all works of art that really make our new renovation special. We would definitely HIGHLY recommend Berith Builders and would hire them again without question for any future home renovation projects."

"I was referred by a friend who had them install a composite deck. I had 3 contractors look at my deck to demo and replace with wood. They had a competitive price. They were done in 3 days! Short punch list which the owner had his men address. I would say Iâ m pretty picking but his men completed everything to my 100% satisfaction!!! I would definitely recommend â A PAIR OF HANDSâ !! It was a great experience to hire a honest contractor with professional people working with him! Oh, there was nothing for me to really clean up after! Thank you Rab!"

"We are pleased overall with the composite deck we received. It took a little longer than was initially communicated to begin the project, but once work started they finished in less than a week. Great quality and responsive customer service. I would use this company again in the future."

"Prompt service. Fair price and excellent results. My new composite porch and stamped concrete walkway look terrific. The crew were very hard working with outstanding attention to detail. The owner answered all my questions before and during construction. I couldn't be happier with the results."

"Kitchen. sink was installed. Satisfied with his work. Will consider for future jobs."

"We have been planning to upgrade our deck from lumber to composite TREX for quite some time and FA Outdoor Spaces was the only company that offers three options for decking- refloor, facelift and new deck. Brandon Campbell and Brandon Wheatley who assisted him, understood what we were looking for an provided a proposal to upgrade the flooring, railing caps and steps by replacing the wooden boards with TREX , reinforce the foundation of the deck and steps, and re-finish the existing railings to retain the original aesthetic of the deck with a modern flooring. The cost was reasonable and there was clear communication on necessary safety improvements required to make the deck last for a long time. Veronika as project manager ensured that the work was planned and scheduled for an on time completion. Veronika’s communications were timely and detailed. She made sure we were fully satisfied with the finished work and took the extra steps to ensure the end result was perfect. The crew is very knowledgeable and hardworking and they worked through some bad weather days safely to get the work done. Very satisfied and highly recommended."
