"The sewer was rooted from the outside clean out. The tech was able to remove a large clump of roots but was unable to get the big cuitter all the way to the end. He was able to punch a hole through with a smaller cutting tool. He could not give the standard warrenty on his work since the big cutter could not make it through. He recommended, in the Spring, to have the sewer line looked at with a camera and determine what is blocking the big cutter from reachinmg the end of the sewer line."

However after he and another young man continued to look they discovered that there was a different reason the water was coming into the basement which would cost only $145.00 to fix! This was such a pleasant surprise because in the past I have been overcharged for everything. The guys quickly fixed the problem and answered every question I posed. This is a company you can trust. "The job went well. So far we’ve not had any water enter the basement since the work was completed. However, we’ve also not had a heavy or long rain. That will be the true test. We chose this company because of their commitment to return if a problem does arise which gives an added level of confidence. My only suggestion is that the salesperson should call after the work is finished to see how things went and express his gratitude for our business. This has been my only disappointment."
