"We live in a three story house on top of a 60 foot dune. Water pressure at the level of the house is a trickle. We had a 13 year old pump that was not maintaining needed pressure and the made the noise of a steam locomotive when running. We contacted R.J. Graham. Even though they are located in the western suburbs of Chicago, about two hours away, they were on hand to examine the situation within days. We needed to replace the pump and compression tank. It took about a week for them to acquire the equipment and schedule the installation. Three plumbers removed the old pump and installed the new in less than eight hours. The results have been far better than expected. Pressure is better than it had ever been and the pump is unbelievably quiet. The workers were highly competent, engaging, and informative. In order to fix the faucet, he needed a part. He went to the parts store and returned fairly quickly and finished the job without delay.
