They ask you to have the furniture and curtains away from the windows for when they show up they lay down tarps inside for any broken glass that may fall inside and they won by one start taking out the old windows and fit the new ones and they are done in no time 18 windows took them about hrs and that was completely refitting a bay window. "Called to schedule a repair and was told a price based on measurements and that the job would be done same day as when the technician came. Technician came out next day and the price almost doubled and it took two more days for the window to be repaired. We are satisfied with the window but wish the person on the phone would of had more accurate information."
