The chainlink was unacceptable and needed to be corrected a total three times. Once the owner and brother were involved, the install issues stopped, but it took them a long time to finish the 3 day project. I singed with the company on 2/7/17 and finished paying in late May."

"I spoke with Itay on a Friday. He was very friendly and was able to give me a rough quote on the phone based on the specs I had given him to make sure we were starting out on the same page. He came to the house and confirmed the estimate. His price was close to the other quotes I had been given but he seemed to use better materials and he was able to start on the following Tuesday.
The team had to build on a very steep hill that is completely bedrock. This was no easy job and they totally came through for us. The deck is beautiful and exactly what we were hoping for.
The only thing I would say that was a little bit of a concern was they were always on time, and they didn't always tell us when (or if) they'd be coming the next day. This made it difficult for us to know how to schedule our days, and we weren't certain when the job would ultimately be finished. More open communication would have made this a straight A review. This is, of course, not a huge deal. It's just something you may want to be more assertive with than I was if you hire them. We would still use them again and we're hugely satisfied with the work they did. Very solid company.

It apparently had not been painted in at least 17 years. Excellent experience, the company was very responsive to my needs, including follow-up call to see how it went. The construction manager checked on the job consistently; workers did an very conscientious job, with daily clean-up at the end of the day. A great deal of time was spent sanding off all old paint from the wood by rotary sander. The company identified itself by neighborhood canvassing, and while I've never hired on this basis before, the presentation by Michael was really very entertaining!  At the same time, they also did small but important things for me, such as hanging new exterior lights and installing an outside outlet on the balcony.  Yes, it was expensive, but hopefully will not have to worry about the paint for a long time to come.
