"Harvey did a great job removing all my old flooring, and putting down new wood , tile and baseboard. My house looks amazing, every happy."

"We received several bids on the work we needed done. Mario Diaz Flooring was not the cheapest bid and not the most expensive. We chose them because of their ratings and the confidence Mario had that we would love the end product. Our situation was not just refinishing original hardwood floors, putting adding a brand new 300 square foot oak floor with a 70-year-old existing oak floor that flow together. When we pulled up the carpet, we had a lot of stains in the wood, some fresh and wet from my daughter's dog when they visit us, which I was not aware existed. I was amazed that Mario’s crew got all the stains out and the new room they added matched the old oak floors so well. They did a beautiful job. They showed up everyday and completed the job in a timely manner. The crew worked very hard and were very polite. A few companies that quoted the project seemed to make a big deal about adding a brand new room with the original oak flooring we had. Mario assured us we would be happy with the end product and gave us confidence in his craftsmanship. He said our floors will look pretty much the same because he uses solid oak similar to what was used in the 1950s (newer but oak). He uses a process to age the wood to help it match the original. We were amazed how the floors matched up so perfectly. They laid it down piece-by-piece (no fake wood or prefab material). We absolutely love the look of our new floors. I will never cover up these beautiful wood floors with carpet ever again. I encourage people to get multiple bids and have conversations with the companies. It is time consuming but worth the effort or just skip them all and call Mario Diaz' company. If you get multiple bids, you will figure out fast who is taking advantage and highballing the project."

"I expected the baseboards to be removed for the install of the floors and then reinstalled. I was never told that the baseboard would not be removed... which means that the wood was only installed short of the baseboards, and now, I will always have to have a base shoe. This is not a design element that I want to be forced to live with. We went back and forth about how unhappy I was with being pigeonholed to this decision... and things got quite contentious at times. But all in all, the wood floors themselves look good."

"We had vinyl flooring installed throughout our house. The crew removed the old carpet, baseboards and some tile. They installed new baseboard and flooring. Javier's crew did a FANTASTIC JOB! The price was very reasonable, and it was easy to communicate with Javier. We were told what time the crew would arrive and how long it would take to complete the work. After the flooring was installed, the crew cleaned up and didn't leave a mess on the floor. they are very friendly and nice. They installed flooring in another house that we had and because they do GREAT work we had them do our house. I HIGHLY recommend Monteros Hardwood Flooring."

"Dan and his team did an exceptional job on our floors. The floors look great and are holding up well under my families constant abuse.  I took three bids on the project and now know that I made the right choice. Thank you Dan!

"Mahshad did an incredible job relieving variety and installing hardwood on our stairs, landing and a couple of bedrooms. He was efficient, the end result was immaculate and he was professional and polite throughout the install. If we ever had hardwood work done again, we'd go with Z Flooring."

"Everything was excellent, from the finding the right product down to the installation. Dave was excellent in the help provided to find the right product . The installers were very good. They fixed a floor problem and installed 800 square feet of Vinyl planking and over 100 ft of baseboards in less than 2 days. I could not have been happier with the project. Would recommend to all family and friend's"

"Andre was helpful in selecting the flooring and providing samples we could take home to see how it would look.  The carpet removal and flooring installation crew was on time and very professional,  They did a good job keeping us informed on their progress and completed the job in two days rather than the three days we were originally told.  They even helped putting replacement plastic feet on several pieces of heavy furniture.  The floor looks great and we are very happy with the results."

"Sonny Perkins is the best. He is patient and thorough, helped us consider options, and suggested that we move out until the rooms were dry and chemical odors dissipated. He was recommended by the contractor who was repairing the outside walls and surfaces where the water entered. Sonny coordinated with the contractor and returned several times to adjust the drying machines and bring carpet samples. He went out of his way to find the same carpeting that had been installed 9 years ago. Sonny's prices were very reasonable and the carpet installation is perfect. He and his crew were very careful of our safety, and they went beyond the usual workmen in cleaning up as they worked. We have already engaged him for another small project for padding to protect a large area rug on wood floor in the living room. We have also given his name to our friends who plan to re-carpet several rooms."

"We had experienced a water leakage into our carpet on the first floor, so I contacted experts of Hometown Restoration and spoke with the owner, who was helpful and answered all of my questions. They made a schedule and arrived at our house on that day. First, they inspected the place nicely and then explained to us the whole process of what they would be going to do. It was excellent advice, so I hired them to fix our floors. They could altogether remove all of the water and dry things out, and we are delighted with the work they did. If you face any issue with fire or water damage or need any help regarding other services, I would highly suggest them. They did an excellent job, and it was a fantastic experience to work with them!"
