Rey provided a written description of what he can repair or replace with a reasonable price. I interviewed 2 other companies but chose to use Eagle Eye. The crew showed up as promised, did a great job in a reasonable period of time and cleaned up the debris at a fair price. I had a large amount of rotten wood trim around by 2 story house with the non-rotted wood in bad need of painting.
