"Patrick and Josh came to our house on Saturday morning after an initial walkthrough Friday evening. At first glance our troubles seemed easy, but the further they got, the bigger the problem was realized to be. They discovered that the problem in fact was the result of shortcuts taken by the previous owner and walked us through the work that was needed.. They came back the following morning to start breaking the foundation to find and fix the problem. Our sewage line had been left open to drain into a sump pump pit, and work had to be done to correct these shortcuts and correctly connect everything to the sewer line.

Partrick was honest and up front regarding the cost estimate, giving us several options, including both best and worst case scenarios. He and Josh were very professional and polite, staying late to finish up Monday night.

Our situation quickly went from what we thought would be a quick and easy fix, to what was in my eyes a rather large operation. "Dillon was a great guy and worked fast and efficient. My house is 50 plus years old and the duct work had never been cleaned. Post the work, the house even smelled better. I am in the middle of a complete remodel and living in the house. I had all 11 vent grilles removed -(saved Dillon a pile of time not having to remove and re-install) and I would have thought a discount would have been in order."

"Rardins has merged with Mattex Plumbing, but Oscar Rardin is still with them. Very professional, both over the phone and kept me updated through texts on the phone. Showed up as promised and was done within 3 hours. Only real difference was in how prices have inflated since 2014 (last time pump was replaced) $1400 vs $500 The pump accounted for over $1200 of that total. Oscar did a excellent job!"
