Melissa, Sam and Jen were on their hands and knees nearly all day, scrubbing grout lines - with vigor and purpose. They were in constant motion. Breaks were short and purposeful, while waiting for sections and parts of my ceramic floor to dry. They were polite, listened to what I had to say and, at about 4:30 pm. they completed the job, cleaned up all of their supplies, thanked me, asked if I was satisfied and left.
