Between the time we bought our lot and started our design process, Robin had brought in his son, Chad, as superintendent. They work well together as a team to get things done and are just generally nice people. We were able to complete our build in a timely fashion and with minimal cost overruns. I could email them and someone could be on site within a couple of hours to discuss something with me, even with other projects going at the same time.
